SARAJEVO, September 27 (FENA) - During the second day of the 'Sarajevo Energy and Climate Week' (SECW), there was talk about the economic aspect of the energy transition, benefits, but also possible financial losses if BiH does not introduce an emissions trading system (ETS) coal dioxide.
