POTOČARI, September 20 (FENA) - United Nations Special Adviser on the Prevention of Genocide, Alice Nderitu, said today in a video message, during the commemoration of the 20th anniversary of the Srebrenica-Potočari Memorial Center, that the Memorial Center has exceptional significance because it is a tribute to more than 8,000 Muslim men and boys who were killed in the genocide.
