SARAJEVO, September 15 (FENA) - Statements by the President of Republika Srpska Milorad Dodik against the High Representative are completely unacceptable. The order to arrest the High Representative would be illegal and would constitute a violation of the Dayton Peace Agreement, it is said in the statement of the spokesman of the German Federal Government.
