SARAJEVO/LONDON, September 14 (FENA) - Deputy Chairperson of the Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina and Minister of Defense Zukan Helez and Deputy Minister of Defense for Policy and Plans Slaven Galić met today in London with the Minister for the Armed Forces of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland James Heappey.
