Aggeler: Repeated failures of institutions to protect victims of violence resulted in mistrust

SARAJEVO, August 25 (FENA) - Head of the OSCE Mission in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Ambassador Brian Aggeler, warned of a high level of mistrust in public institutions, especially the police, due to data showing that victims of domestic violence hesitate to file a report against the perpetrators.
