POTOČARI, July 11 (FENA) - Minister of Foreign Affairs of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Elmedin Konaković, told reporters today in Potočari that the denial of genocide is one of the biggest problems of civilization.
He said that he does not understand people who can raise their children in such a way that they are told that someone who can shoot a small child or a pregnant woman can be a role model or a hero.
"They need to explain this to themselves and their generations, and it actually gives us a message about how awake and sober we need to be because the politicians who are the perpetrators of such terrible crimes of genocide are still alive, they are still very active," said Konaković, who is attending the commemoration of the 28th anniversary of the genocide against Bosniaks in the "UN Safe Area" Srebrenica, as well as the collective funeral today.
