SARAJEVO, July 6 (FENA) - A regular third session in the current convocation of the House of Representatives of the Parliament of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina will take place today in Sarajevo.
The House of Representatives of the Parliament of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina is to discuss the set of energy laws.
A session with the same proposed agenda was initially called for June 21 but was canceled the day before with the explanation that the Central Election Commission of Bosnia and Herzegovina had not until then assigned replacement mandates to individual representatives elected to the positions in the executive power in the cantons.
In the meantime, on June 26, the House of Peoples was in session and withdrew the energy laws from its proposed agenda, arguing that the House of Representatives should decide on them first.
In addition to these laws, numerous other topics have been announced for today's session.
Whether the question of electing a judge from the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina for the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina will be open depends on the work of the parliamentary Commission for Election and Appointment, told FENA the office of the Speaker of the House, Mirjana Marinković Lepić.
