SARAJEVO, May 15 (FENA) - The Ministry of Defense of Bosnia and Herzegovina announced today a competition for admission to the Teresian Military Academy of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Austria.
Civilian young men and women who have successfully completed high school or who are currently attending last year of high school can apply for the competition with the lowest overall grade of "very good", who have the overall average grade in mathematics of at least "very good" in the last two years in which they had the subject of mathematics, and who will not be younger than 18 or older than 21 on September 30, 2023.
Five cadets will be accepted for a five-year education at this academy.
Good knowledge of the English language (ALCPT test - minimum 60 points), German (level A2 according to the Common European Framework of Reference - CEFR), computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet) and good physical fitness are required for admission.
The detailed conditions of the competition are published on the official website of the Ministry of Defense of Bosnia and Herzegovina. The competition is open for fifteen days from the date of publication.
Upon completion of education, the cadets will sign a contract for active service in the initial rank of an officer of the Armed Forces of Bosnia and Herzegovina - second lieutenant, announced the Ministry of Defense of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
