International Labor Day to be celebrated on May 1 and 2, as non-working days in FBiH

SARAJEVO, April 27 (FENA) - May Day, International Labor Day, is celebrated for two days (May 1 and 2), the FBiH Ministry of Labor and Social Policy announced today. 

This is determined by the Law on Holidays, which, on the basis of the Decree with legal force on the adoption and application of the FBiH laws, i.e. the Act on Confirmation of Decrees with legal force, is applied as an FBiH law.

In accordance with the above, the Ministry informs the public that Monday (May 1) and Tuesday (May 2, 2023) are non-working days in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Employers, institutions, administrative bodies and other legal entities will not be working on this holiday, said the FBiH Ministry of Labor and Social Policy.
