SARAJEVO, April 24 (FENA) - The Collegium of the Party of Democratic Action (SDA) warns that the latest statements of the president of the RS entity Milorad Dodik, announcing the introduction of police control on the inter-entity line and threatening the secession of the RS entity, represent the most serious attack on the Dayton Peace Agreement and the constitutional order of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

"Such announcements are a direct threat to peace in Bosnia and Herzegovina and the region. It is high time that the High Representative reacts within his mandate, as well as that the Prosecutor's Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina finally sanctions the unconstitutional and unlawful actions of Milorad Dodik.

We also call on the representatives of the international community, especially the members of the Peace Implementation Council and NATO to stop backing down before Dodik and his arrogant politics," points the SDA in its statement.

As it was emphasized, if decisive and concrete steps are not taken even after such threats, all those named above will bear part of the responsibility for the severe consequences that may follow.

The SDA Ccllegium asks the incumbent government at the state level to stop with the policy of concessions to Milorad Dodik and to relativize its danger and, instead of futile reactions, to take concrete steps within the institutions of the state of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
