Konaković at the meeting of ministers of foreign affairs of Western Balkan countries in Rome

SARAJEVO, April 2 (FENA) - The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Bosnia and Herzegovina Elmedin Konaković on April 3, at the invitation of the Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of the Republic of Italy, Antonio Tajani, shall take part in the meeting of the ministers of foreign affairs of the Western Balkan countries in Rome.

The meeting will focus on the situation in the region and ways to strengthen joint efforts in the areas of security, migration and strategic communication, as well as the European integration of the countries of the Western Balkans.

The meeting in Rome will also be an opportunity to exchange opinions on the challenges related to the European Union's enlargement policy and the new dynamic that followed the Russian aggression against Ukraine.

During his stay in Rome, Minister Konaković is scheduled to meet with the host, the Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Antonio Tajani, announced the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
