SARAJEVO, March 31 (FENA) - Minister of Foreign Affairs of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Elmedin Konaković, spoke with the Ambassador of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to Bosnia and Herzegovina, Osamah Dakhel R. Al Ahmadi, and expressed satisfaction with the good and friendly bilateral relations between Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
They discussed the contractual regulation of relations between the two countries, emphasizing the need to conclude interstate agreements in the coming period between the two states for which the formal legal procedure has been completed.
Ambassador Al-Ahmadi also informed Minister Konaković that Saudi Arabia, along with South Korea and Italy, is a candidate for the organization of the Expo 2030 world exhibition and, in this regard, expressed hope for Bosnia and Herzegovina's support for this candidacy.
During the meeting, Minister Konaković referred to the foreign policy priorities of our country and expressed his interest in preserving good relations both with Saudi Arabia and with the countries of the East.
He emphasized that Bosnia and Herzegovina and Saudi Arabia are important partners and that it is important to continue having good relations. He thanked the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for the help it provided and still provides to our country, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Bosnia and Herzegovina announced.
