SARAJEVO, February 20 (FENA) - The average monthly net salary per employee in Bosnia and Herzegovina in December last year amounted to 1,190 KM and was nominally higher by 1.3 percent compared to November last year, and was nominally higher by 14.2 percent compared to December 2021.
In the business activity of financial and insurance activities, the average salary in December was 1,753 KM, in information and communications 1,706 KM, and in production and supply of electricity, gas, steam and air conditioning 1,704 KM, according to the data of the BiH Statistics Agency.
In the activity of providing accommodation, preparing and serving food, the average net salary paid in December was 749 KM, in construction 857 KM, and in wholesale and retail trade, and in repair of motor vehicles and motorcycles 920 KM.
The average monthly gross salary per employee in BiH for December last year was 1,831 KM, which shows a nominal growth of 1.3 percent compared to November last year, and a nominal growth of 14.1 percent compared to December 2021.
