Konaković sends a letter of condolence to Minister of Foreign Affairs of Turkey, Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu

SARAJEVO, February 6 (FENA) - The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Elmedin Konaković, today sent a letter of condolence to the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Turkey, Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu, on the occasion of the devastating earthquake that hit Turkey and killed over one thousand and five hundred people.

 

"It was with deep sadness that I received the news about the devastating earthquake in southern Turkey, in which many lives were tragically lost, and many were injured.

On behalf of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Bosnia and Herzegovina and myself, I express my sincere condolences to the brotherly people and the Government of the Republic of Turkey.

I also ask you to convey our condolences to the families who lost their loved ones, as well as wishes for the speedy recovery of the injured," Konaković wrote in the letter, stated the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
