SARAJEVO, January 26 (FENA) - Speaker of the House of Representatives of the Parliament of the Federation of BiH, Mirjana Marinković-Lepić, said today that the incumbent Government of the FBiH probably intentionally brought the MPs to a fait accompli by submitting the budget text to the parliamentary procedure.
She emphasized that they did not comply with the procedures because the text should have been submitted on November 5 to undergo a wider public discussion and be well analyzed.
The Speaker stated that they are still determined to adopt the budget since it increases pensions and that in the continuation of the session, there will be a discussion about 70 amendments.
