SARAJEVO, January 24 (FENA) - Sarajevo Canton Prime Minister Edin Forto told FENA that, if he is appointed to the Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina, the current Minister of Justice and Administration of the Sarajevo Canton (SC) Darja Softić-Kadenić could take over the position of SC Prime Minister.
“If I am appointed to the Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina tomorrow, Softić-Kadenić will, by the law, be the acting prime minister of the SC until the appointment of the prime minister-designate of the SC Government,” said Forto.
After the leadership of the SC Assembly has been formed, the parties' caucuses should submit a proposal for the prime minister-designate of the SC Government, and the prime minister-designate will then submit the proposal of the ministers.
