SARAJEVO, January 17 (FENA) - President of the Croat caucus in the House of Peoples of the Parliament of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Damir Džeba (HDZ BiH), said that in that caucus has unanimously supported Lidija Bradara in the nomination procedure for the president of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Džeba also said that the unanimous proposal of the Croat caucus is that Tomislav Martinović should continue to be their candidate for the Speaker of the House of Peoples.
"Today, we concluded one part of the process of constituting the House of Peoples," Džeba said.
As for the budget, he says that they have candidates for the budget committee "so that already in January, we can also pass the budget of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina proposed by the Government of the FBiH".
In response to a journalist's question regarding the delegates from the Croat people in the House of Peoples of the BiH Parliamentary Assembly, he said that there are lists of candidates and that they have the right to nominate all five candidates if they wish.
When asked when the formation of the government at the FBiH level could be completed, he replied that it would be good to start this process as soon as possible, and it would be good to start the candidacy process for the president and vice president of the Federation of BiH as early as today.
"A session of the House of Representatives is scheduled for January 25. I think that on January 27, we will have constituted the House of Peoples and this means that we could finish this whole process by the end of the month," Džeba said.
