SARAJEVO, October 27 (FENA) - The Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina adopted the Information on the need to sign three agreements on the free flow of people within the framework of the Berlin Process and approved the proposals of the three agreements today at an extraordinary telephone session.
It is about the Agreement on freedom of movement with identity cards in the Western Balkans, the Agreement on the recognition of professional qualifications of doctors of medicine, doctors of dental medicine and architects in the context of the Central European Free Trade Agreement and the Agreement on the recognition of higher education qualifications in the Western Balkans.
The Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina was requested to give consent for the presence of the chairman of the BiH Council of Ministers, Zoran Tegeltija, at the Summit of the Berlin Process, which will be held in Berlin on November 3 this year, and for the signing of these three agreements.
After approval, the agreements will be submitted to the procedure of adoption and ratification of international agreements, in accordance with the regulations of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
By signing these agreements, the leaders of the Western Balkans will continue to strengthen regional cooperation important for the daily life of approximately 18 million people in the region, by facilitating their travels and creating conditions for increasing the mobility of experts, students, scientists and academic staff, announced the Council of Ministers of BiH.
