Six migrants placed under surveillance at the reception center in Blažuj

SARAJEVO, October 7 (FENA) - Inspectors of the Service for Foreigners Affairs, in cooperation with members of the Directorate for the Coordination of Police Bodies, carried out a control of persons and facilities used in the temporary reception center Blažuj, and based on operational knowledge that these are persons which can be linked to the smuggling of migrants and the illegal possession of weapons and other illegal means.

The Service issued a measure of expulsion with a ban on entry and stay on the territory of Bosnia and Herzegovina for six Afghan nationals who were accommodated in the temporary reception center Blažuj.

Those persons were also placed under the supervision measure of placement in the Immigration Center, where they will stay until the conditions for their removal from the territory of Bosnia and Herzegovina are met.

The Service for Affairs with Foreigners announced that it will continue to carry out such activities in the coming period, which will contribute to the improvement of the security situation in the country, as well as security within the temporary reception centers.
