SARAJEVO, April 19 (FENA) - The FBiH Ministry of Labor and Social Policy is informing the public that the Law on holidays, implemented as the FBiH law by virtue of the Decree-Law on the transposition and enforcement of FBiH laws, prescribes that May 1 is a public holiday and is celebrated on two days, May 1 and May 2.
This law stipulates that if one of the days on which the May 1 is celebrated falls on Sunday, the first day following those two days is considered a holiday.
"Accordingly, we inform the public that Sunday 1 May, Monday 2 May and Tuesday 3 May will be non-working days in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina," the ministry said.
Public institutions, administrative bodies and other legal entities will not be not working, announced the FBiH Ministry of Labor and Social Policy.
