SARAJEVO, February 24 (FENA) - FBiH Prime Minister Fadil Novalić said that the FBiH Government has scheduled a thematic session as a reflection on the Ukrainian crisis, which could have significant negative consequences for economic flows in the Federation of BiH.
“At the thematic session, we will primarily deal with the possibility of preventing these problems that may arise in the Federation of BiH in accordance with our budgetary framework. In that sense, we called on the ministries that have contact with those flows. First of all, the FBiH Ministry of Energy, Mining and Industry, the FBiH Ministry of Trade, the FBiH Ministry of Transport and Communications, the FBiH Ministry of Agriculture, Water Management and Forestry to prepare materials in the same way as the directors of the largest companies which also have an impact on what we are talking about,” said Novalić.
The Prime Minister said that the session should reach conclusions that could mitigate the possible negative economic consequences, which had already begun in previous weeks.
"In that sense, one of the key points of the session will be the adoption of the budget of the Federation of BiH after a long public debate. The budget as the basic lever and our activities that should prevent the maximum possible negative consequences will be one of the four activities that follow at Monday's session,” said Novalić after today's session of the FBiH Government.
