BiH registers 1.188 new coronavirus cases and 66 deaths

SARAJEVO, February 4 (FENA) - A total of 3,309 samples were tested in Bosnia and Herzegovina, of which 1,188 tested positive for Covid-19. A total of 66 people died, including 33 in the Federation of BiH, 30 in the Republika Srpska and three in the Brčko District of BiH. So far, 14,672 people have died in Bosnia and Herzegovina as a result of coronavirus infection.

In the past 24 hours, a total of 2,279 samples were registered with the Public Health Institute of the Federation of BiH, of which 721 were positive for SARS-CoV-2. New cases have been registered in all cantons in the Federation of BiH. So far, a total of 1,163,761 samples have been tested in the FBiH, and SARS-CoV-2 has been confirmed in 232,327 people. 

In the past 24 hours, 33 deaths have been reported in the Federation of BiH.

In the past 24 hours, at the Institute of Public Health of the Republia Srpska, the University Clinical Center of the Republika Srpska and the hospitals of St. Vračevi in ​​Bijeljina and Sv. Apostol Luka in Doboj tested 885 laboratory samples, and coronavirus (SARS-CoV-2) was confirmed in 427 people.

In the last 24 hours, 30 deaths have been reported to the Republika Srpska Institute of Public Health.

40 new cases of infection have been registered in the Brčko District of BiH. A total of 145 samples were tested. Three people died.
