SARAJEVO, January 21 (FENA) - A total of 5,556 samples were tested in Bosnia and Herzegovina, of which 2,574 tested positive for Covid-19. A total of 30 people died, 18 of them in the Federation of BiH and 12 in the Republika Srpska. So far, 13,984 people have died in Bosnia and Herzegovina as a result of coronavirus infection.
In the past 24 hours, a total of 4,004 samples were registered with the Public Health Institute of the Federation of BiH, of which 1,762 were positive for SARS-CoV-2.
So far, a total of 1,123,135 samples have been tested in the FBiH, and SARS-CoV-2 has been confirmed in 214,647 individuals.
In the past 24 hours, 18 deaths were reported in the Federation of BiH. The total number of deaths in the Federation of BiH so far is 7,805, according to the entity's Institute of Public Health.
In the Institute of Public Health of the Republika Srpska, the University Clinical Center of the Republic of Srpska, the University Hospital in Foča and in the hospitals of St. Vračevi in Bijeljina and Sv.apostol Luka in Doboj tested 1,207 laboratory samples, and coronavirus (SARS-CoV-2) was confirmed in 653 people.
In the last 24 hours, 12 deaths have been reported to the Republika Srpska Institute of Public Health.
So far, 102,612 cases of coronavirus have been confirmed in Republika Srpska, and a total of 5,698 people who have been tested for coronavirus have died. In Republika Srpska, a total of 392,380 people were tested.
159 new cases of infection have been registered in the Brčko District of BiH. A total of 345 samples were tested. There are currently 4,894 people under medical supervision.
