SARAJEVO, December 12 (FENA) - Member of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina Šefik Džaferović sent a letter of condolence to the President of the United States of America Joe Biden over the death of more than a hundred people in a tornado that swept across the state of Kentucky and the surrounding states.
He pointed out that he received the news with deep sadness that more than a hundred people lost their lives in a terrifying tornado that hit six states.
"I am sending you a message of compassion and solidarity to you personally and to the friendly American people on my own behalf and on behalf of the citizens of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
We send our thoughts and prayers to the families of the dead and injured, with the desire for a speedy recovery. We are following the efforts of the rescue teams, which are fighting to save the lives of the endangered, with trepidation and hope," wrote Džaferović in his letter.
