All 22 items on the agenda of the CoM session rejected by ministers from RS

SARAJEVO, November 10 (FENA) - At its session today, in the second round of voting, the Council of Ministers of BiH rejected the 22 items on the agenda that it voted on at the previous session because the ministers from the entity of Republika Srpska voted against all of them. 

With three votes in favor and four against, the following items were not passed: Draft Proposal of the Public Investment Program/Development-Investment Program of the Institutions of Bosnia and Herzegovina 2022-2024, Draft Basis for Initiating Negotiation Procedures for Concluding the Agreement between the BiH Council of Ministers and the Lebanese Government Republic on readmission of persons residing without permits, as well as the Initiative for conducting negotiations for the conclusion of the Loan Agreement (Project for Improving the Resilience and Competitiveness of the Agricultural Sector) between BiH and the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development.

Also, the Proposal of Decision on Amendments to the Decision on the Procedure of Harmonization of BiH Legislation with the Acquis Communautaire of the European Union, Proposal of Decision on Amending the Decision on Salary Supplement to Employees in the Indirect Taxation Authority of BiH, Proposal of Rulebook on Amendments to the Rulebook on Procurement Conditions official vehicles in the institutions of BiH and the Proposal of instructions on the manner and procedure of submitting the electronic application of candidates in the procedure of employment of civil servants in the institutions of BiH.

The Report on Monitoring Public Procurement Procedures for 2020 was not supported, as well as the reports on last year's work of the Appeals Council at the BiH Council of Ministers, the Insurance Agency in BiH and the BiH Attorney's Office, the BiH Council of Ministers said.
