SARAJEVO, October 13 (FENA) - The BiH Presidency Chairman Željko Komšić and the Presidency member Šefik Džaferović met today with German Minister of State for European Affairs Michael Roth.
During the meeting, German Minister of State for European Affairs Michael Roth emphasized support for Bosnia and Herzegovina on its European path.
He expressed concern over the situation in BiH, especially the boycott of the institutions of the state of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the secessionist rhetoric coming from the RS entity.
The members of the Presidency of BiH pointed out that all EU countries are important for our BiH, but also that Germany has special importance in that respect.
Komšić and Džaferović agreed with the German state minister's assessment that the situation in BiH is complicated.
They said they sought the understanding of international officials, stressing that secessionists must know that their policies will not be tolerated.
If there is no reaction from the international community, the state forces will react at any cost because dissolution is out of the question, and the secession of even an inch of Bosnia and Herzegovina will not be allowed.
A ban on the work of the state police announced from the RS entity would be a step that would produce direct consequences.
It was emphasized that the weakening of the OHR strengthened the anti-constitutional and anti-Bosnian forces because they understood that as a signal to put wartime policies on the agenda, even though they had previously voted for all the reform processes.
It was stated that the political destruction and disruptive factors that advocate secession must be stopped.
The German Minister expressed interest in visiting Bosnia and Herzegovina in order to continue the discussion on the mentioned topics towards finding a solution.
