SARAJEVO, September 30 (FENA) - Why doesn't the Prime Minister of the entity of Republika Srpska Radovan Višković tell the public which laboratory conducted sampling and analysis of the oxygen used in hospitals in the RS and why this analysis was not done in the laboratory responsible for that job, said the member of the presidency of the SDS, Maja Dragojević-Stojić, and added that everything that Višković did regarding the analysis and the presented data was completely illegal and unlawful.
Dragojević-Stojić points out that according to the Rulebook of the Agency for Medicines of BiH, which has been harmonized with the European directives on medicines, only an authorized laboratory can perform this type of control and that according to the law, the competency lies on the laboratories of the Agency for Medicines and Medical Devices of BiH.
"We expect an answer from Višković as to whether some external laboratory did the analysis or was it the authorized laboratory," says Dragojević-Stojić.
Commenting on Višković's statements on oxygen purity, she said the point was in the impurities in that same oxygen.
She said that Višković was trying to deceive the public and pull away attention from the company "TGT Tehnogas" and admit that the oxygen that was delivered to the hospitals in the entity was industrial one.
