SARAJEVO, May 18 (FENA) - Minister of Foreign Affairs of Bosnia and Herzegovina Bisera Turković spoke by phone with the Chairman of the Delegation of the European Parliament for Cooperation with Bosnia and Herzegovina and Kosovo Romeo Franz.
The interlocutors exchanged views ahead of the parliamentary debate on the resolution dedicated to Bosnia and Herzegovina's progress on the European path, and discussed the most current issues of combating the consequences of the pandemic and reform processes, stated the BiH Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Turković emphasized the importance of keeping the focus of the European Union on the process of enlargement and integration of the Western Balkans into the framework of the EU, which is the only proper way to stabilize the entire region.
Turković expressed encouragement that the epidemiological situation in BiH is improving, but stressed the need for continuous delivery of vaccines, in order to continue the fight against the pandemic.
