BANJA LUKA, April 21 (FENA) - Police officers of the State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA) conducted activities under the operation code named "Boat" today and arrested one person on suspicion of committing a crime of "trading in influence".
The said person is the holder of a judicial office in BiH.
Acting on the order of the Basic Court in Banja Luka, SIPA police officers searched the said person and on that occasion discovered and temporarily confiscated items originating from the commission of a criminal offense, which will serve as evidence in further criminal proceedings, announced SIPA.
