KCUS: ACM 812 A ventilators have not been withdrawn from use for Covid patients

FENA Press release

SARAJEVO, April 7 (FENA) - Having in mind a series of untrue allegations published in certain media, in order to truthfully inform the public, the Clinical Center of the University of Sarajevo (KCUS) informs that ACM 812 A ventilators have not been withdrawn from use with Covid-19 patients, the KCUS said.

According to a press release, all of the above ventilators are donated by the FBiH Civil Protection Administration to the KCUS for the fight against the Covid-19 pandemic and are all placed in a Special Respiratory Center that was established for Covid-19 patients.

“None of the listed ventilators are located at another location in KCUS. All of the above was recorded by members of SIPA and the Cantonal Prosecutor, who visited the Special Respiratory Center of KCUS and photographed all the devices in the said Center, on April 5, 2021, in the period from 7 pm to 8.15 pm, KCUS said in the statement.
