SARAJEVO, October 14 (FENA) - Due to the increase in the number of infected persons in the Sarajevo Canton in recent days, the Crisis Staff of the Ministry of Health of the canton issued a new order today with stricter measures than recommended by the FBiH Crisis Staff.
According to the new order, people are allowed to gather in a certain area in the territory of the canton, but not more than 30 people indoors and not more than 60 people outdoors.
All legal entities and natural persons who employ more than 20 employees, and who have not yet adopted a crisis preparedness plan, are ordered to urgently adopt the said plan which will harmonize the organization of work of these entities with the given recommendations and guidelines of the Public Health Institute of the Federation of BiH and the Institute of Public Health of the Sarajevo Canton.
For the implementation of that order, in accordance with the provisions of Article 8, paragraph (5), item m), and in connection with Article 13a, the Police Directorate of the Ministry of the Interior of the Sarajevo Canton is in charge of the Law on Misdemeanors against Public Order and Peace.
In case of non-compliance with this order, the police officers of the Police Directorate of the Ministry of the Interior of the Sarajevo Canton will act in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Law on Misdemeanors against Public Order and Peace.
"This order enters into force on the day of its adoption and will be applied from October 15 to December 31," said the Press Service of the Sarajevo Canton.
