SARAJEVO, September 10 (FENA) – President of the Federation of BiH Marinko Čavara issued a press release stating that SDA President Bakir Izetbegović openly and publicly announced to act against the BiH Constitution and the constitutional order of this country with new 'Komšić cases' at all levels and that HDZ BiH will never be a partner in such policies.
"Statements by SDA President Bakir Izetbegović are controversial and are intended to deceive the public, especially the messages he sends to the Croat people and their legitimate political representatives. With such messages, it is clear what kind of future SDA is planning for this country and it is good that the entire public has the opportunity to hear, not only the people of Bosnia and Herzegovina but also friends of BiH from the international community," said Čavara.
He emphasized that Izetbegović openly announced the overthrow of the constitutional order, announcing the 'Komšić case' at lower levels of government, that is, announcing the expulsion of legitimate representatives of the Croat people, whoever they were, from the governing structures of the Federation of BiH.
"It is clear that Komšić is the choice of Bakir Izetbegović and all those who do not respect the will of the Croat people, and who chose Dragan Čović. It is not up to him to choose between two people, but to decide whether he is for BiH respecting the will of the Croat people or not for BiH, destroying the foundations of BiH and equality and rights of the constituent peoples," said Federation of BiH President Marinko Čavara.
