MOSTAR, August 28 (FENA) - The FBiH government has given its consent to amend the statute of coal mines, which, according to the FBiH Minister of Energy, Mining and Industry Nermin Džindić, will simplify the management of the coal mines in the Federation of BiH.
“The statute will change at the request of the management of Elektroprivreda BiH. The novelty is that we now have a much simpler management scheme. We have one director of the mine and one technical director, unlike before where we had several executives, plus a supervisory board,” said Minister Džindić in Mostar after the session of the FBiH Government.
After these changes are introduced, the mines will be under the direct management of the General Manager and the Supervisory Board of Elektroprivreda FBiH, said Džindić, adding that this is the first and most significant move in the process of reorganization of the coal mines.
