MOSTAR, August 12 (FENA) - Representatives of the SDP BiH and Our Party (NS) signed an agreement on the establishment of the BiH Bloc in Mostar on Wednesday, which defines local relations between the two parties aiming to sign a coalition agreement by the end of August.
The agreement was signed by representatives of local organizations of these parties, i.e., the President of the City Board of the SDP BiH Mostar Arman Zalihić and the President of the City Board of Our Party Mostar Tarik Tanović, together with the President of SDP BiH Nermin Nikšić and NS President Predrag Kojović.
Zalihić said that this agreement contains all the program goals on the basis of which the two parties will ask the citizens of Mostar to put their trust in them.
President of NS, Predrag Kojović said that this was an initial agreement and that the teams of these two parties would start drafting a detailed program.
"We do not want citizens to vote for people or for the political parties, we want them to vote for a very precise and clear program with deadlines and the like. We do not believe in Mostar as it has been so far, but in Mostar as a united city in which its inhabitants are first and foremost the citizens where their ethnic or religious background second," said Kojović.
He added that this was a big day for Mostar.
"I would like to call on the citizens of this city to think about the people who have not allowed them to have elections for 12 years and I want to remind them that these elections are not the result of some kind of agreement between the SDA and the HDZ BiH but the fact that the Strasbourg Court ruled and gave deadlines and powers to our Constitutional Court to impose a solution if they do not do so. The solution they agreed on wAS an attempt to avoid a solution imposed by the Constitutional Court, which would probably be a much better one from a European perspective than the solution these two political parties came up with," concluded Kojović.
