In the last 24 hours, 44 new cases of Covid-19 registered in FBiH

SARAJEVO, June 24 (FENA) - In the last 24 hours, 868 samples were tested in the Federation of BiH, of which 44 were positive for COVID-19.

New cases have been registered in Tuzla, Zenica-Doboj, Central Bosnia, Una-Sana, Herzegovina-Neretva and Sarajevo cantons.

So far, 50.276 samples have been tested in the Federation of BiH, and COVID-19 has been confirmed in 1.675 persons. Of that number, 899 are women (53.67%) and 776 are men (46.33%).

“As of today, 1.000 patients have recovered in the Federation of BiH, while 628 cases positive for COVID-19 are currently active,” stated the FBiH Institute of Public Health.

Out of 47 confirmed deaths in the Federation of BiH, 29 are male (61.7 percent) and 18 are female (38.3 percent).
