MOSTAR, April 10 (FENA) - The Croat People's Assembly (HNS) in Bosnia and Herzegovina finds the actions of the BiH Central Election Commission completely unacceptable, stating that its actions and acts it passes would not be accepted. will not be adopted.
"It is unacceptable for an unlawful and illegitimate body to assume powers for which it has no legal basis by acting outside the jurisdiction of the CEC assuming the executive and legislative authority," HNS points out.
Such behavior, they say, is considered inappropriate, especially since Bosnia and Herzegovina is currently in a complex situation as a result of a global pandemic that has caused simultaneous challenges to health and economic systems.
"Any initiative, decision, conclusion or other act adopted by an unlawful and illegitimate body cannot be accepted as legally valid or would be acted upon," the HNS said.
