SARAJEVO, March 26 (FENA) - The Civil Protection Service Crisis Staff of the Zenica-Doboj Canton, led by Commander Arnel Isak, the Minister for Physical Planning, Transport and Communications and the Environment, issued two orders regarding the coronavirus at the session.

They ordered the Cantonal Hospital Zenica and General Hospital Tešanj to take all measures and activities as soon as possible and to put into operation the coronavirus testing machine (COVID-19).

“Zenica and Tešanj have the ability to have coronavirus testing machines available soon. Aware that we have more than 4.000 citizens in isolation, we have initiated this activity in order to be able to perform effective tests in our hospitals as they do now in Sarajevo, Banja Luka and Mostar,” said Minister Isak.

The Student Center in Zenica has been made available to the Cantonal Civil Protection Service Crisis Staff and will, among other things, serve for accommodation of the Zenica Cantonal Hospital staff who, due to their involvement in treatment of coronavirus patients, should be available 24 hours a day, as well as other persons involved in coronavirus pandemic prevention and control activities, the ZDC Press Service stated.
