Indictment filed against Arman Dželko, a former member of ‘ISIL’

SARAJEVO, March 12 (FENA) - A prosecutor from the Prosecutor's Office of BiH Terrorism Department has filed an indictment against Armen Dželko (1990), known as "Abdullah" and "Ike", charged with "Organizing a Terrorist Group" and "Terrorism".

The accused is charged with having departed to Syria via the territory of the Republic of Turkey in early 2013, with the intention of joining the formations of the so-called "ISIL", a terrorist organization declared as such by the UN Security Council, stated the BiH Prosecution said.

He is charged with joining these armed formations on Syrian territory and engaging in attacks and terrorist activities, consisting of armed acts, attacks on the population, killings, unlawful detentions, hostage-taking and other unlawful activities.

The indictment has been forwarded to the Court of BiH.
