BRČKO, February 21 (FENA) - Mayor of Brčko District of Bosnia and Herzegovina Siniša Milić signed contracts for the construction/rehabilitation/reconstruction of housing units for thirteen beneficiaries of the BH4 subproject, which is being implemented within the State Housing Project in the District.
He said that the beneficiaries could soon expect the contractor to take on the project so these families could finally get a roof over their heads.
"This regional program covers BiH, Serbia, Montenegro and Croatia. It is a project of the Council of Europe Development Bank worth around 450,000 KM. Department for Displaced Persons, Refugees and Housing has prepared the necessary preconditions for the implementation of this project and after the signing, the contractor starts with the works. I believe that these thirteen families will get their homes very soon," Milić said.
