Komšić congratulates Milanović on his inauguration as President of Croatia

SARAJEVO, February 19 (FENA) - Bosnia and Herzegovina Presidency Chairman Željko Komšić congratulated Zoran Milanović on the occasion of his inauguration as President of the Republic of Croatia.

On this occasion, I extend my sincere congratulations on the occasion of your inauguration for the President of the Republic of Croatia, on behalf of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina and my own behalf.

I am convinced that the relations and cooperation between BiH and the Republic of Croatia, the two neighboring and sovereign states, will continue to develop for the mutual benefit and well-being of our citizens. In the period ahead, we can contribute to security and prosperity, and improve friendly relations.

With your election and Croatian Presidency of the Council of the European Union, I will once again reaffirm that the preconditions have been created for stronger support of the Republic of Croatia to fulfill the conditions of the Opinion of the European Commission on Bosnia and Herzegovina, in order to accelerate the European path of BiH in the interest of all its peoples and citizens.
