SARAJEVO, November 19 (FENA) - Member of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina Šefik Džaferović said in Sarajevo today that there is neither a winner nor a loser on any side, or any politician or policy in today's decision to appoint Zoran Tegeltija as Chairman of the BiH Council of Ministers.
“The winner is Bosnia and Herzegovina and all its peoples and citizens,” Džaferović said.
He explained that the Presidency today adopted the Program of Reforms for Bosnia and Herzegovina, which will be submitted to NATO one day after the House of Representatives of the BiH Parliamentary Assembly confirms the appointment of the Chairman of the BiH Council of Ministers.
“After this, we have reached a decision on the appointment of Zoran Tegeltija as Chairman of the Council of Ministers of BiH, which will be submitted to the House of Representatives of the BiH Parliamentary Assembly for confirmation,” Džaferović explained.
He added that, over the past two months, together with friends from the international community and NATO, they have worked hard in the Presidency, drafting a document enabling BiH to continue its cooperation with the Alliance.
“This document is in accordance with the principle of the rule of law and is supported by our friends from the international community and NATO,” Dzaferovic said.
He stated that in the coming period he expects the unblocking of the work of the House of Representatives of the BiH Parliament and the establishment of government at all levels.
“A consensus has been reached among the members of the Presidency, who unanimously made this decision because there could be no imposition by anyone, including Dodik, Komšić, Džaferović, nor can there be any unilateral decision-making within BiH,” Džaferović emphasized.
