NEW YORK/SARAJEVO, October 23 (FENA) - Chairman of the Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina Denis Zvizdić spoke with the President of the United Nations General Assembly, Tijjani Muhammad-Bande in New York and congratulated him on his excellent chairmanship of the 74th session.
He expressed gratitude and supported the efforts of the United Nations to advance the highest goals, which contributes to the strengthening of the UN's role in the world.
“BiH recognizes the great importance of the role of the UN at the global level. We are aware that we must constantly work to find the most effective and concrete answers to the challenges and problems the contemporary world faces.
Bosnia and Herzegovina continuously monitors and, to the best of its ability, strengthens its capacities in the fight against terrorism, international crime, the fight against illegal trafficking in human beings and promotes the protection of the planet from human-caused destruction," said Chairman of the Council of Ministers at the meeting with President of UN GA Tijjani Muhammad-Bande.
