SARAJEVO, October 18 (FENA) - Bosnia and Herzegovina's Defense Minister Marina Pendeš held a meeting today with Ambassador Ivo Šramek, Chairman of the Forum for the Security Cooperation, at the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) headquarters in Vienna.
Ambassador Siniša Bencun, Permanent Representative of Bosnia and Herzegovina to the United Nations (Vienna) and Military Advisor to the Permanent Mission, Brigadier Dušan Matić, attended the meeting too.
In an interview with the Chairman of the Forum for the Security Cooperation, Pendeš drew attention to relevant issues within the OSCE military-political dimension and emphasized successful cooperation with that organization, especially in process of solving surplus weapons and ammunition, improving situation and security of weapons stockpiles and launching BiH guidelines for a strategic cybersecurity framework.
She stressed that BiH Ministry of Defense wants to continue its cooperation with the OSCE Mission to BiH on improving infrastructure and reduce security risks in weapons stores, as well as in cybersecurity, PR Office of the BiH MoD stated.
