SARAJEVO, September 30 (FENA) - The US Embassy in BiH supports the US Chamber of Commerce in BiH towards becoming a more efficient association of businesses, US Ambassador to BiH Eric Nelson said in Sarajevo today.
At a working lunch organized by the Chamber, Nelson emphasized that the organization should be a combined force to support important reforms that are needed in the education system and various aspects of the economy to create a better business climate in BiH.
"The goal of these activities is to achieve economic growth and prosperity in order to create better jobs, especially for young people and to have a better future for this country," Nelson said.
Secretary-General of the American Chamber of Commerce in BiH Damir Petrinić said that all members of the Chamber gathered in Sarajevo today for a working lunch, which is one of their traditional activities towards improving the business environment.
He added that the Chamber would continue to organize various activities with the aim of putting into focus certain topics which it considers to be a priority for the development of the society.
