BANJA LUKA, August 18 (FENA) – Shortly after a report was filed police officers of the Banja Luka Police Directorate arrested D.V. from Banja Luka, who insulted a religious official in Goran Radulović Bimba street in Banja Luka, confirmed to FENA the Police Directorate.
D.V. was sanctioned by service of a penalty charge notice for insulting i.e. misdemeanor referred to Article 8 of the Law on Public Order and Peace. Unofficially, the perpetrator is Danijel Vukelić (23).
Banja Luka Police Directorate condemned all forms of abuse and intolerance.
According to unofficial information, the person insulted is imam of the Islamic Community, and this insult occurred in front of a mosque.
