SARAJEVO, July 22 (FENA) - The Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina, at a session scheduled for tomorrow, should consider the Proposal of the Decision on Interim Financing of the BiH Institutions and International Commitments for the period July-September 2019.
The agenda should also include the Proposal of Decision on determining the date of commencement of the work of the State Institute for the Execution of Criminal Sanctions, Detention and Other Measures, as well as the Proposal of Decision on termination of work of the Unit for Implementation of the Project of Construction of the Institute for Execution of Criminal Sanctions, Detention and Other Measures, the Administrative and Supervisory Board of the Institute for Execution of Criminal Sanctions, Detention and Other Measures.
Among other things, it is also planned for the BiH CoM to consider the Proposal of the Revised State Strategy for War Crimes, as well as the Proposal of the Action Plan for the Execution of Judgments of the European Court of Human Rights in the cases Zornić v. BiH, Sejdić and Finci v. BiH and Pilav v. BiH.
