SARAJEVO, July 16 (FENA) – The High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council (HJCP) will discuss the recommendations from the reports of OSCE and USAID about corruption and organized crime at a two-day session scheduled for July 17 and 18.
According to the recommended agenda, the HJCP will also give its opinion about the Report of the Project of working on war crime cases in prosecutor’s offices and courts for the period January 1 - December 31, 2018 as well as the information on the potential support of the International Criminal Court in processing war crime cases.
The agenda also contains the Draft Work Program of HJCP for 2020, it was confirmed to FENA at the Council.
At the same time, members of the Council should discuss the application of the Law on the Protection of Secret Data, as well as the issue of appointing HJCP representatives at the Task Force for drafting the Strategy in the field of human trafficking 2020-2023.
