ISTANBUL/SARAJEVO, July 15 (FENA) - President of the Party of Democratic Action and Chairman of the House of Peoples of the Parliamentary Assembly of BiH, Bakir Izetbegović, together with Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan, participated today in the marking of the Day of Democracy and National Unity in Beştepe, Turkish media reports.
The event is dedicated to the marking of the third anniversary of a coup attempt in Turkey, behind which, according to the Turkish authorities, was the FETO terrorist organization.
After laying the flowers, a religious program was held in memory of the killed citizens.
Turkish Deputy Prime Minister Fuat Oktay also attended the event.
