SARAJEVO, July 4 (FENA) - A group of workers of the Mostar company Aluminij gathered today in front of the building of the Government of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina in Sarajevo, where a session was held at which the Government discussed the situation of Aluminij in the past four years.
The Government has announced today that a meeting will be held with representatives of the multinational company “WAQT Trade LLC” from Dubai, and based on the letter of intent in the company expressed interest in buying majority ownership of the Mostar “Aluminij”.
A member of the Supervisory Board of the Small Shareholders Željko Damjanović told reporters that workers spontaneously gathered in Sarajevo.
“We no longer see an exit. The only thing left is to address the Government. We believe there are people who are willing to help because they are aware of the situation,” said Damjanović.
He says they have no solution to the situation they found if the FBiH Government gives up as well.
He recalled that conversations with FBiH government representatives have been fair so far, but there were no results.
