SARAJEVO, June 19 (FENA) - Member of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Šefik Džaferović, received the Ambassador of the People's Republic of China Ji Ping today. The interlocutors assessed the relations between the two countries as traditionally good and friendly, based on the principles of mutual respect.
Ambassador Ping reiterated that respecting the territorial integrity and sovereignty of Bosnia and Herzegovina is the main principle of China in relation to BiH.
During the meeting, BiH Presidency Member Šefik Džaferović and Ambassador Ping also discussed economic cooperation and opportunities for its improvement, with a special focus on China's investment projects in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
The existence of successful cooperation in the framework of the 16+1 initiative, as well as the Belt and Road Initiative, was emphasized, the BiH Presidency said.
